Specializing in Egyptian belly dancing and Brazilian samba, Alana has been dancing professionally for several years.

Traveling to Egypt to train with some of the best Egyptian belly dancers such as: Dina, Raqia Hassan, Dandash, Randa Kamel, and Soraia inspired her to perform as a soloist. She also had the pleasure of traveling to Brazil to perform with one of the winning samba schools in the Rio de Janeiro Carnival, Manguiera.

Alana prides herself by always challenging her abilities and perfecting her craft. Alana has performed on the hit TV series, CHUCK, in a Nike commercial, Persian Yellow Pages, Michael Jackson's music video, and MTV Europe commercial. She has also performed in the Long Beach Carnival, Santa Monica Mall Grand Opening, Magic Castle, many hotels, restaurants, and country clubs.

Alana invokes an authentic Egyptian feeling as she gracefully expresses herself through belly dance. Her belly dance performance can include props such as isis wings, veil, zills, cane, sword, fire fans, and fire torches. She is available for your special events.

CLASSES: Private lessons or small group (3-5 people) classes are available by appointment.
