Chiffon Circle Skirts "Special" chiffon, 3 panel circle skirts $50. These panelled skirts give the full, beautiful flounce without the bulk around the belt area. Colors vary and may be ordered by special request. They are standard sized for hips up to 40 inches, and about 34-36 inches long (unless specified differently). Fabrics are polyester chiffon, finished with a smooth serged and rolled hem (Also available in Satin for $70)
