if I need to return my order? Do
not return any item without pre-authorization, please. We will not accept returns
except in cases where we have been in contact with you via email, phone, fax,
letter, or in person, in advance, and have determined that a return is acceptable.
NOTE:
You must pay the shipping charges to return the item. Shipping charges can only
be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied
by the original invoice, sales receipt, and/or packing slip. After a return has
been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds
will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund
check will be mailed to you. We
suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
Videos,
DVDs, CDs and Costumes are
generally not returnable. Please order carefully, and communicate your sizes,
measurements, and color preferences adequately and in detail.
