 Nadirah is a professional belly dancer. She is also a competitive swimmer, swim teacher and fitness trainer which gives her amazing stamina and her teaching a strong focus on body mechanics. She was a swim instructor, fitness trainer and lifeguard.
She has studied Middle Eastern dance from teachers in California, Canada and europe as well as master teachers from all over world. She studied Ballet from Claudia at Miranda's dance. Nadirah's style is elegant, fluid, passionate, percussive and mesmerizing. She dances Egyptian style and American cabaret. She performs and teaches both styles as well as stomach work, floor work, veil, sword, cane, fans and candle tray, zill (sagat).
She has performed belly dance in an MTV Video, "The Movie Viva" which came out October 2006, and acted in a play in Santa Monica from Dec 2005-July 2006
BELLYDANCE CLASSES:
Nadirah teaches at three different locations in San Diego. In her classes you will learn about Middle Eastern rhythms, and be introduced to props such as veil, double veil, zills, cane, candle tray, sword, and fan. And if you attend class regularly you will be given opportunities to perform such as at dance recitals and possibly restaurant performances.

We have every color cabaret costume. If you have a preference, don't hesitate to ask. Our props are vast and amazing so let us know what props you are interested in i.e. sword, Egyptian, cane, candles, trays, veils, double veil.

A belly gram is like a singing telegram but instead of singing we are dancing.
A belly gram is the absolute perfect way to surprise someone on a special occasion.
The telegram is a 10 minute show great for office, restaurant, home. Props include zills, veil, sword, fans, cane.
A belly dance show is 20-30 minutes You can book one or more dancers. we can also perform a second show with a costume change for an extra fee. The props are the same as above but we do have a extra couple props such as double veil and the candle tray.
We also have Instructors available to teach a Belly dance class before or after the performance for an additional fee.
You can also call us for educational purposes, to teach or perform at schools or special events.
