Teacher Bio: Shiva Rea teaches vinyasa flow yoga worldwide. She has studied many forms of yoga and dance in India, Africa, Nepal, Jamaica, and Bali. She holds an MA in Dance from UCLA’s World Arts and Cultures Program. Her studies in the Kirshnamachanya lineage, tantra, ayurveda and art infuse her approach to living yoga. As a global adventurer, she has led over 60 retreats in Asia, Africa and the Caribbean.
